We're making gourmet pizzas for mother's day tomorrow.
Jess is doing two and I'm doing two (Dunc is in charge of the bases :)
Any suggestions? Jess is doing one with Italian sausage, chilli, capsicum etc., as well as a vegetarian one.
I'm thinking of doing a Frenchy Passadaliere - caramelised onion, anchovies, goats cheese and black olives. Maybe also one with proscuitto... and maybe some blue cheese... hm.
LIMITATIONS:
mum hates the combination of fruit with savoury (CRAZY!!!!) and also hates pumpkin (if it was up to me, I'd be doing a pumpkin, pine nut, fetta and pesto thingy). Everything else is on the table!
