1) List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself
2) Tag seven people to do the same.
3) Do not tag the person who tagged you or say that you want to tag whoever wants to do it.
1. I'm an inveterate boundary-crosser. Anytime a line is drawn that leaves me on one side, I have to go find out what the other side is like. Whenever it seems that everyone is ignoring a given area of knowledge, it makes me intrigued to go find out what is being overlooked there.
2. I'm more comfortable in dresses than jeans--my radical feminism notwithstanding. Now that's quirky.
3. I have a strong preference for long sleeves, even though there's nothing wrong with my arms. I wear long sleeves all summer just because I like how they look. I don't care about covering the rest of my body: I'll wear miniskirts or backless styles, just as long as my arms are covered up. I'm the only person I know of who's like this.
4. 7 items and tags reminds me - Since my childhood, the number 47 has held some mysterious special meaning for me, and it keeps turning up in the most uncanny ways. I thought it was my individual quirk throughout my whole life, and learned only a few years ago that many others share my inexplicable obsession with 47, there exists a 47 Society which I joined on my 47th birthday. But I have only one week left to go of this age.
5. As a grandmother Crone aspiring to grow up to be a wise woman, I like everything about getting older, with one exception: declining eyesight. That really sucks.
6. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or eat meat. I avoid sugar. I have a very strong preference for organic. (Almost half my planets are in Virgo.)
7. I'm not afraid of being openly quirky.

Bonus quirk -- I invented the spelling "meem" for this sort of thing. Because it's an activity that includes both me and them ('em). Not just me, me.
