Joncub's asked for some pictures of South Africa. I have resampled them , but want to put them behind a cut. as soon as I find out how to do that, I will. I will post a couple of then as time goes by. I plan to use this diary to track my yoga practice so I promise to post more.

My thoughts on South Africa - well Africa is not for sissies - If you are planing to travel here, speak to me (unless you are well-travelled (like danlmarmot). It can get pretty hectic here.
