Yes, whilst I think that priorities of what to worry and argue about need to be sorted, there are an alarming number of people about who took the book to be based totally on fact (mostly American I believe). Also my brother was trying to argue about how amazing the book was and how there might be big cover ups going on. Mr Brown's writing stlye is so convincing that it is hard to distinguish between the fiction and the reality. Some might say.
My main and initial thought on that BBC article was that Cardinal is one scary looking man and could have been cast as the Demon Headmaster.
