Your mom goes to college!

There go the letters out to the box, the rejection slips politely checked or Xd and signed and sealed away. Sealing my fate, quite literally.
FATE
is word with far too many negative connotations.

Google. Define:fate
destiny: an event (or a course of events) that will inevitably happen in the future

Fair enough. My destiny, theresomefore, is to join the class of 2011..ish at the University of Alabama.
Was it the scholarship money? The membership in the Computer-Based Honors Program? The other scholarship money? The feel? The rest of the scholarship money? The legacy?
An amaglamation theresomeof?

I'm not quite sure. It's not all about the Benjamins, baby, but I'd be lying to deny that role.
I just know it's right. For whatever reason.
It could be that I'm getting to room with a good friend in something likened to a condo. It could be that I got to joke about mass substance abuse and make Star Trek jokes with the teacher of eight semester hours of my freshman year over a catered dinner. It could just be that I've always known what the correct side of Hamburger Heaven to sit on was.

Roll Tide, Roll.
