I was miserable all weekend because I've been sick. I'm still sick (but not as much) and therefore still miserable. I left work at noon because I was too miserable to deal with the stupidity of everyone...and sitting upright wasn't working for me either. Damn sinus congestion! So mom (who is also sick) and I watched Shaft this afternoon while we sniffled at each other.
The highlight of my weekend was going to see Vin Diesel's vanishing bullet wound movie, A Man Apart with strippedhalo. Well, the hanging out with my groupie was a highlight. The movie, not so much.
I had plans to catch up with old friends via email and/or phone calls tonight but now I'm pissed off at my father (and sort of myself) because it's tax season and I fucked up in regards to getting a rent receipt and now he's harping on me and I just don't care. Meh.
Ooh. Brownies and orange juice = feel better food. I also adore my fangirl a whole bunch.
