WOW today was so nice out, I mean all day nice out...not just half day nice. It was so nice to finally be able to take the girls out front and enjoy the SUN. Kaylee enjoyed herself running around the front yard, throwing the ball to kona (or riding her) and chasing the cat. Keira enjoyed being outside laying on her blanket. Hopefully tomorrow will be nice enough to take Kaylee to the park where she can play and burn some energy!
Today is Day 5 January 22nd on the potty training adventure and let me say that today was AWESOME! Kaylee peed in the potty 3 times today and only have 1 accident. She gets so excited when she goes...she say's "WOAH, YAY...good girl". She got her cookies treats after every time she pottied. She doesn't get cookies so I figured cookies would be her special treat for going potty and might make her want to go more, knowing that she gets a cookies if she does. So all in all today was a great potty training day. Lets just hope that tomorrow is just as good.
I cant believe that in 7 days Keira will be 2 months old....where the heck has the 2 months gone. I swear it doesn't even feel like it's been that long since I had her. I have enjoyed every minute of those almost 2 months. She is such a good baby. At night she drinks 4oz of formula and goes to bed at 10 and sleeps 5-5.5 hours...let me tell you it's awesome! She's drink her bottle and then go right back to sleep until 7 or so in the morning. She is staying awake longer during the day and starting to take cat naps here and there with a few long naps. I had to move her up to 0-3 month clothing cause Newborn stuff was to short on her...she's going to be my tall girl. I'm curious to see what her height & weight are at her next appt.
Last night we attended our first hockey game. Jason's mom got tickets to watch our local hockey team play (Stockton Thunder). Kaylee loved it. When one of the teams scored she would get so excited and would cheer and clap and look around to make sure everyone else was doing the same thing. It would cool to watch. We were in a suite, which was pretty awesome. Keira slept most of the time...LOL I thought I would be the only crazy person to bring there Newborn to a hockey game, but to my surprise I saw 2 other women with little babies. So I didn't feel to weird bringing my little one.
A litle photoshoot before we left for the hockey game
