Beat: I am counting my calories.

I supposedly need 1800 calories a day for my sex, age, height and weight, in order to maintain it. So I want to aim for more like 1500. Over the past year I have really put on weight, some of my clothes don't fit and I do not like my belly roll. I used to have tummy muscles, who knows where they went. I also need to do more exercising, but cross-training is unbelievably dull. Moreover the cross-trainer makes so much noise it's hard to watch TV whilst doing it.

Friday I had just over 1700 calories.
Saturday I had 900 then ate chocolate until I was at around 1500. Damn.
Today so far 480 but I am yet to have a proper meal.
