Okay so today my friend and I were hanging out and decided to watch my all-time favorite movie "P.S. I Love You". In the movie they play this game, Snaps, which we had absolutely no clue what it was. It really made no sense every time they played it. I can't remember how many times we re-watched the Snaps scenes. Even knowing how to play the game now, I still don't get it. But after we realized that there was a special feature that explained how to play. It took us a really long time to really understand what exactly you had to do but now that we know, we wrote up how to play.
Snaps is the name of the game. The name of the game is Snaps. Ready? Listen up.
The point of Snaps is figuring out what word or phrase the other person is saying by the words they are spelling out with snaps and phrases.
To play Snaps you have to listen carefully. Each vowel is worth one SNAP (Once for A, Twice for E, Thrice for I and so on with Y equaling six snaps.) A consonant is to be expressed with a phrase (For G you could say "Got it?" and D "Did you get that?").
Think you got it now? Ready to play? Here we go.
Snaps is the name of the game. The name of the game is Snaps.
Pay attention now
Snap
Ready for more
Snap, Snap, Snap
So you get that
If you got that, you should have come up with Paris.
"P" is from the P in "Pay attention now"
The A is from the single snap
"R" is from the R in "Ready for more"
The I is from the three snaps
"S" is from the S in "So you got that"
If you still don't get it, check out this video-
