I am master of all that is drinking straw-envelope launching. You know how you can rip one end off the packaging, pull it out a wee bit, then twist the other end, and have a pneumatically launched missile?

oh yes.

After a few futile attempts to hit my coworker in the head, I went back to the drawing board and came up with this:

Yes. This little puppy can be remounted on the launch vehicle as long as care is taken to recover the missile.
