(no subject)
The last two weeks have been pretty good. My dad is on vacation so I've been doing events with my family. Last Monday, we went to the Bronx Zoo and I wore my Bono sunglasses in the World of Darkness. I couldn't see anything. XD I have no idea how Bono does it. Then on Wednesday, I went to the dentist to have one of two cavaties drilled which was not fun because she decided the cavaity was small enough that she didn't need to numb my mouth. She just drilled it. It hurt like hell! But afterwards, we went to City Islad for a nice seafood dinner. I got twin lobster tails. They were amazing! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. LOL Then on Thursday, we went to Roosevelt Field and I bought my laptop. It's an Apple Mac and it's very cool. It has a webcam and a program that lets you make your own songs and podcasts. Then on Sunday, we went to a minor league baseball game which was kind of boring because there was hardly any scoring. But the Staten Island Yankees won so that was cool.
Then this Tuesday, we went to Sunken Meadows which was really nice. We had a picnic, played some basketball, and went to the beach. Then since Wednesday was shot due to my mom's dentist appointment, I hung out with Dana after she got off from work. Then yesterday, I saw Talledega Nights with my family and the FMA movie with Dana and Tadas. The FMA movie was good, but the more I think about it, the more I realize how bad the ending was. Today, we planned to go to Sunken Meadows again but it looks like it's going to rain so I don't know what we're going to do. College starts Wednesday with orientation starting Sunday. I'm really excited. I can't wait for it to start.
One last thing to say. My U2 songs I'm currently obsessed over are New York, Hawkmoon 269, and Wire. Listen to them if you can. They're really good. That's all for now.
