Libertarian candidate Billy Toien and other fringe candidates are getting some attention from a group of young guys who say they are doing a film about Election Central.
“We’re guerilla filmmakers,” said David Turnbull, who was handling the camera. Turnbull and his cohorts said they filmed a similar documentary about the U.S. Senate race two years ago. He said that film is available at Metro Music and Books in Anchorage.
