Mini Cupcakes!
These are the test cupcakes I made for an order that went out today. My acupuncturist Vickie ordered 2 dozen Devil’s Food mini-cakes and 2 dozen Guinness Chocolate mini-cakes.
I purchased new “souffle” cups to bake little cakes in, and I’m glad I did a test run. The last cupcs I had only took one scoop of batter per cake, these new ones, took 2.
Anyways, I’m all sugared out. Time to clean up and head out to closing night of the play.
