I have one working presto pot, complete with valve and 'faucet'. It leaks a tad, so I added more "thread seal tape" and will try it again.
I almost tried to talk myself into a job. Think they were kinda hinting about it, but not sure. Don't think I have the math skills to be a die maker. But who knows. I am thinking about maybe talking to them and see if they would be interested in maybe making some candle molds for me, but who knows. My thought is, they have the tools, maybe they can make em cheaper than I can buy them. THEN.. If they are cheap enough, maybe I could sell them.
But that is a long ways off. We'll see what happens.
The place was really cool though. they make injection molds for all kinds of different things, and they had a little display with all of the things they've made. Handles for "Snap-On" tools, fauctets, gears, all kinds of stuff.
Oh well.
gonna check for leaks again, and start working on the 2nd. I put the faucet at too great an angle on the 1st (it will work, just not 'pretty).
