Rant A. "Money, or how somehow I am in financial ruin"
Stress is killing me lately when it comes to money and life and work. First off, I'm broke like all the time now. I don't even buy anything for me except for the numerous cups of coffee it takes me to get through the day. I need the coffee to handle being up to close the shitty convenient store all the time. On the bright side of things, I'm making nine dollars an hour right? Oh wait...no I'm making eight twenty five. I was promised my seventy five cent raise in February and here it is almost July and nothing. All I want is enough money to pay my phone bill, buy coffee, go out to eat with Cyndle every once in a while, and to buy expsensive import records because lately I only want to listen to bands from Europe. Is that so much to ask?
Rant B. "Exspensive import records, or the only good new bands are European"
There must be something in the Water across sea. The only four bands in the playlist of my life are Dirty Pretty Things, The Libertines, Babyshambles and The Paddingtons. What bothers me the most about all of this is the fact that here in America we have nothing like that. These bands records sell like CRAZY in Europe but the only reason some people know Pete Doherty around here is because he dated Kate Moss. Where's the justice. Start listening to good tunes people.
