With my parents coming down to visit me this weekend, my mom sends me an email asking if they should bring anything down for me.
Ryan and I brainstormed for a night and we have a lot random things in mind, but I probably don't want to hassle my parents about some of them, so we just asked for food, water, snacks, etc. the usual care package.
I'll fill you in on what we thought of. haha.
1. Hair clippers: Both Ryan and I are thinking of learning how to cut our hair. And well.. I need a haircut.
2. Weight Scale: Okay, so I'm on the exercise bike in the gym and it's supposed to display my weight and preferred heart rate before I start. Turns out my weight on the thing was 155! That HAS to be wrong, or I really did just gain the freshman fifteen. Ugh, I really need to know. I don't think I look different tho.
3. Mamon: Yes, mamon. One of my friends had a care package with all this stuff from Red Ribbon. oooh Goldilocks polvoron sounds really good right now too.
4. Pull Up Bar: Ryan and I were thinking of getting a pull up bar for our door. That way, whenever we feel bad for not working out at night we can crank out a quick set of these and push ups.
5. Rug: One of the guys on my dorm has a fur rug in the middle of his room. Straight up, baller status there. I don't want a furry thing in the middle of my room but some color there would certainly spice up the atmosphere. haha.
6. Bread & Nutella & Jelly: Game Over if we got this. Hell, I wouldn't need jelly. Just bread, Nutella, and a knife.
7. More Pillows! The Soft Ones!: You can never have enough pillows. Besides, I always wake up with one on the floor so might as well add more.
8. Gatorade/Capri Sun/Simply Orange (orange juice): All we have in the fridge to drink is milk and water. We need our usual gatorade and juices too. Also, I'm getting pretty sick of the protein powder and milk combination lately.
And lets not forget the usual cookies, chips, water, cans of soup, spam, vienna sausage, etc. haha.
Plus. I get to go home next weekend for homecoming! Hmmmm.. to tell the parents or not..
