Introductions
Well it's way past bedtime, so this first post will be a quickie describing my ambition with this blog.
I am a soon to be 23-year old form Gothenburg, Sweden. I've this far in life(!?) not really come near anything of what i want my life to be like. So, as i'm interested in writing in general and because writing can be a way of expressing your inner self, i thought that blogging might help me reflect on things that i struggle with more efficiently, meanwhile it will also exercise my writing skills.
Since i don't have any social connections to the english language in my everyday life, Livejournal might help me improve that part of my practice as well. Since it's a social medium more than only a platform, i might even get to widen my own social network via this blog as well.
But hey, i will have to take it one step at the time.
Isn't Livejournal the blog Mark.Z uses in the film "The social network"? The scenes where he is blogging while intoxicated about his date who pisses him off because she tell him what he is? Classic lack of self-distance.
Well this quickie is over, and i would ask anyone who for any reason might read this and laughs about my bad language or grammar, i'd be grateful if you told me about the mistakes so i learn. I think social networks isn't for rage and trolling only - it's about learning and connecting more importantly.
