Doctor/Rose snoggage! Relationship stuff! The Doctor being clever! Reversing the polarity of the...well, not just yet ;)

Needless to say, I liked this chapter lots. I can sum up my reaction with one word, really.

Glad to have a satisfied customer! More shippy stuff to come, but interwoven with plot as we go. Hopefully you'll enjoy the resolution I have for our favourite pair! ;)

Now then, steady... ;) Eh, we all like a bit of Doctor/Rose loviness, don't we? Best cure for PDSD I say. More shippy stuff to come, but interwoven with the plot as we go. Hopefully you'll enjoy the resolution I have for our favourite pair! ;)

::delighted::

I'm always happy to see more of this. I think I have pretty much figured out what the Doctor is going to do about getting rid of Grendel, although I do have some questions such as: Don't they spend a lot of time fighting underwater? Is the respiratory bypass system going to come in handy? What is going to be up with Grendel's mum? I suppose I'll wait and see, eh? (I always did think that was part of the problem with making movies from books. You're sitting there the entire time going "I wonder what they're gong to do about x thing." and "I wonder how P thing is going to work." Anyway...)

I'm rather excited to see how this plays out.

Well, you are right about the underwater element to the real Beowulf story, and while I have nicked the basic idea, you'll see that things are slightly changed. Some of this will be explained, some bits are just down to authorial licence... Things are a little more 'scientific' than they are in the real story, but then that was something that HAD to be, really.

Anyway, glad I've got your mind working and glad you're enjoying it! :)

I would keep telling you how much I love this, but I suspect you know by now... and besides which, you might get a big head... ;)

Unfortunately my terminal lack of confidence in my own ability will prevent any big-head-acquisition... But, that's me, I'm afraid. I could self-deprecate into infinity, I reckon. ;) Glad you're still enjoying it. One of these Saturdays I'll have to come round and we can be fangirls together... :)
