Back down the coal mine!
I'm back at school in Kalamazoo! Woo! I'm glad to be back after such a long time being away, well at least for the moment. I'm sure once my classes start getting more difficult and my SIP begins to grow to monstrous proportions, I'll reverse that sentiment.
I still have so much left to unpack. I need to put all my clothes and books away and figure out how to organize everything else. At least I have a week to get everything ready and become situated before classes actually start.
Tomorrow, I have to go to the library and meet with the archivist about starting my job. I'm supposed to start sometime this week, which will keep me occupied at least for a little while. And I'll be making some money too, which is always appreciated.
On a side note, I'm sort of sad Big Brother is going to be over on Tuesday. I always forget how much I really enjoy that show. It's like a soap opera but with real people who will do anything to get ahead.
Lizzy!!! The hippo is on my desk right now. It's a very nice addition.
