1980s knitting tragedies and other stories
hey have been offline for a few days cos someone fiddled with the computer and we couldnt get the internet to work. but tis now fixed and here i am. took my sister-in-law to my stitch n bitch group and she loved it and since thursday evening (now sunday) she has knitted a scarf.hmmm. was going through some of my crafty books and found one called stitchs in time or similar, a knitting book with jumpers based on time periods like egyptian or greek-and they are hideous! am going to take it to my group so we can laugh! am on ebay now idly looking for any interesting knitting or sewing books but not really in the mood. speak soon Joelle
