Some of my friends are starting the college process, as others are already in college and confused as hell on what they really want to do and such. Well I am going to write down some stuff that will make you think and I hope this will help.

- Just because the whole world is going off to college doesn’t mean that you should do the same thing.
- Positions of leadership, community service & volunteer work, cover letter, and Alumni connections are some factors that will help your admissions chances.
- In the college planning process, its best to start by thinking honestly about who YOU are.
- In the college planning process, the first question that needs to be answered is Why
- If your transcript shows significant improvement - no matter how late in your high school career - it will help your chances of being accepted.
- Grades from your junior and senior years of high school are the most important.
- Education alone is NOT enough to be successful in today’s world.
- One thing to remember about your friends : People Change
- Your best tips for the interview are to: dress professionally, be on time, be polite, and be confident & vibrant.
- The schools that require an interview are often the smaller colleges.
- A few low grades wont hurt you as long as there isn’t a consistent pattern.
