Only been training 3 weeks and I can clean and jerk more than my body weight. I have set myself a goal of getting under 77kg body weight by Dec 10th, which is 1 month from now. I'm going to try to train 4 times a week for the next 2 weeks, then 5 times a week for the 2 after that.
I am also competing in a bi-annual weightlifting competition which is an official competition requiring a national weightlifting membership, hence the need not to be a gigantic fat shit in a months time. Beer cuts aren't cool in a one piece lycra suit, hopefully I have a decent looking package in it though.
My coach believes that I should be able to put forward a 70kg snatch (no pun intended) and a 95kg Clean and Jerk, hopefully I don't drop the fucking weight on my head.
When I return to Melbourne, I want to be able to lift a car.
Also start new job next week :)
Also Sarah hates me because I was harassing her while she was dropping the Cosby kids off at the pool. That poor girl, she loves me and has no idea what she's gotten herself in for with a relationship with me.
