My Birthday
I turned another year older a couple days ago.
My birthday celebrations are getting quieter as the years pass.
This year hubby and I had a night away from home at a hotel. It was nice to be "away" even if it was only a few miles (still in town).
We went out to dinner at a nice restaurant, stopped in at the hotel's bar and had a beverage, enjoyed the benefits of cable television on an HD screen and high-speed internet access in our hotel room, and slept in a huge cushy bed.
It was a good day/night.
