is for this week to be better than the last one. Not great, not even good, just better.
The Sox can start it out nicely by winning Game 7 tonight. But for once, that wouldn't really be enough.
I need to dip very deep into my LJ archives to find a time that won't be heartbreakingly sad to recall at the moment, but here's a selection that should provide some good mojo for tonight, from the wee hours of September 21, 2004:

Go get 'em, fellas. I'll be sitting by my phone, anxiously awaiting a call or a text that probably won't come for some time, but if all I get are text message alerts that say "Red Sox scored!" or "Red Sox won!," I can at least go to bed with a smile.
