Noisemakers was fun!
Good: Had a good kitchen crew and the populace ate *everything*! And we fed more people than we originally planned for.
Handled but Slightly Negative: The warmer burned the edges of the barley :(, so we'll avoid that machine if we cook there again. Also, one oven didn't work, which involved some interesting mid course corrections.
Funniest moment - we had the sausages in the oven, used a probe thermometer to check the temp and when I pulled it out, the juice literally arced out of the sausage onto the oven door. As the song goes, we fell about the place.
