ellensburg, omfg teh hicksville capital
i got up at 7:30 this morning and took a 3 hour trip down to eastern washington. ellensburg - or the gorge, the cave b inn/winery next to the gorge. with my awesome chamber buddies julia and annika. im glad i didnt have to drive. i dont think anyone should have to make that 6 hour round trip at once. it turns your legs to lead and is too tiring for sitting there and working a simple foot pedal(or lever in my case) and wheel. we didnt do much down there in the cow fields but it was a really beautiful place, and the inn was ridiculously nice. im actually excited to go to the kairos summer thing down there. i didnt want to leave the place after i got there. but im sure it could get old after a couple weeks. boredom will be deadly. i dont know how people can live out in the country. but then again im just a city kid. what the hell do i know. and apparently people do NOT go cow tipping. wtf else is there to do?
