i havent updated in a while. guess now is as good a time as any. i just got home from a weekend camping trip with kasumi gao di and michael over by hood canal. it was relaxing and actually ridiculously fun for not doing all that much. we ate, sat on the beach, and burned/roasted stuff in the campfire. but today was a bit more action-packed. we left the campsite at 1, tried to find this restaurant in fife which was supposed to be good, got lost, then ended up eating pho in federal way. we wanted to go to wild waves after that, but quickly drove away when we discovered tickets were 32 bucks each. do they really need to charge that fucking much? so instead we went to this really nice/rich people's beach over in kirkland and swam/sat and tanned for a couple hours. after a while it got cloudy so we left and ate a very satisfying dinner at the cheesecake factory in bellevue square. godiva chocolate cheesecake, if you ever go to the cheesecake factory, try it. richest chocolate i've ever had.
now im back at home rubbing aloe vera over my sunburned right shoulder. i had to drive home with my shirt half off because the burned skin was so fucking sensitive. but it was fun, and probably the last camping trip i'll have in a long time. i suppose it's good to be home, though i wouldnt have minded staying out for another 3 days. and i also have pictures, from the weekend and a few from kairos actually that'll go up within the next few days.
