We have rounded third and....
First of all, my closing on the selling of my old condo happened last Friday and all is almost cleaned up there. Seems dishwasher is having issues so I'm covering having it checked into, and... we'll see. But anyway it's sold, yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
As far as the buying side, also delayed more than once, closing did happen this afternoon and... I now own a new condo - Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Other side of the story is that there seem to be a few more issues than I expected to take care of before I move in, I'll have to see. But I'm *trying* to see it as an opportunity to take my time moving in and get all the way I want it to be ahead of time. So once again - yay!!!!!! ;)
By the way, thanks to those of you who have been so patient with me not being so great at communicating lately and such. All the support has been so much appreciated!!!!!! I'll stop blathering now and let you get back to your scheduled lj reading :). *hugs*
