Sorry I've been sort of scarce lately but I really wanted to update you with big decision I've made. I'm going to put my condo on the market and then move - plan is still to stay local though. A smattering of folks already know this and I'm sure a few of you aren't surprised knowing my m.o. Been meeting with listing agents and made my choice today. No contracts signed yet but that should happen this weekend. Ooooh look, another part of the world not on my personal map - I've never sold before!! Onward into the future. :)
