Been a longgggg time...
Well now, for those of you who thought I abandoned this thing...I guess it's time to think again! Sure, my last post was on September 16th, 2009...lots has changed since then!
Hmmm...what have I been up to all that time.
1) I met and fell in love with an Australian boy five days after my last post. We dated, lived together, and broke up this past February. I still love him, and it hurts - but that's life.
2) Vancouver hosted one of the most successful Winter Olympics games ever, and I got to be right in the thick of it - it was an amazing experience that I'll probably never have the fortune of experiencing again - and I'll cherish it for the rest of my life!
3) I traveled halfway across the world to meet said ex-bf's family and friends in Perth, Western Australia and thoroughly enjoyed myself! Also went to Singapore and thoroughly enjoyed that! It's a fine city...no really...they'll fine you for anything there! :-)
4) Returned to Starbucks after a three-year hiatus, as an Assistant Store Manager. Lucked out, and ended up in the gayest store in Vancouver - only three blocks from my house! I love it!
5) Went to see my FAVORITE diva ever - Kylie Minogue - in Las Vegas, and loved every second of it! Didn't win anything though - dammit!
6) Decided to try growing a beard, love it - and am sticking with it! Everyone says I look better with one! I'll post pics sooner or later.
That's about all for now, I'm gonna try using this more as an outlet, since I'm newly single, somewhat lonely (wahhh wahhhhhhhhh), and in need of a place to vent my frustrations and rant about life. Hope to catch up with those of you who still follow me soon!
