No sir, that is a third person shooter. Not first person.
If you wanted, you could call me out saying Fallout 3 is a FPS, but even that doesn't put the focus on shooting and fast paced action. You can slow it down with the VATS system.
I cant' do the fast paced FPS games. I can't aim worth a damn.
