Life at the Home
Well, today was kinda creepy.
I made a trip to the old folks home.
It felt like I was walking past ghosts as I was delivering medicine.
I was walking by the "town square" and I saw a single lady
Standing in the distance, for a second it was as if she wasn't there anymore
I passed the room again, and she was still standing there, it was like something out of a scary movie.... I don't like going to the old folks home, and I don't think I'll ever get used to the smell of piss and bm.... It's as if death is just hanging out somewhere, but you don't know where... You just know he smells like piss and bm....
Speaking of Death, I met lady death today. At first she didn't answer her door when I was dropping off her medicines. So I called her to see if she was home, and she was. She sounded like a sweet old lady, you know, the steriotypical retiree, but as it turns out she was a very elderly woman with wirey white, very thinning hair. Half a smile that almost immediately makes you wish you weren't there. If I become old and have half a mouth of rotten teeth, I would have them pulled and get myself fitted for dentures.. It felt like it was Halloween today. I was running away from this lady almost immediately after I handed her life prolonging medications (as if she needs to be alive any longer)
