I went down to Little Italy by train to catch an exhibition opening at Jett Gallery.
Walking south back to the train station. From left:
Sapphire Tower;
The Grande at Santa Fe Place;
Bayside.
Duplex townhomes at Date & State in Little Italy. Architect/builder,
Jonathan Segal. Segal's known for doing small, infill design-builds in central San Diego; my old condo is in the
Columbia Fir Lofts, one of his first projects (1993).
Speaking of, my former condo is
on the market again, asking $399K. Zillow's "Worth Estimate" is $335.5k. I paid $450K for it and sold it in early 2006 for $575K. Yikes.
Little Italy is still awesome, though.
My friend Mike and I decided it was more fun deconstructing "Atlas Shrugged" than sitting through it, so instead we're going to see
"Super" instead.
