I was wearing my Cleveland Indians hat the other day and a friend walked up and began talking to me. This is how the conversation went:
Friend: Are you interested in baseball?
Me: Simply saying that I am interested in baseball would grossly understate how I feel about it.
Friend walks away.
Lesson learned: Unless you are Dan Okrent or Bill James, do not try to talk to me about baseball.
