Phil and I went out last night to Glasgow to meet Mr Deluxe who was up with his 100 punks exhibition again. Apart from the amusement provided by neds running around the train swigging buckie and writing "Aye wid ah" on each other's tracksuits with dayglo pens we got there with no major upsets. JB went on for far too long, didn't he? Apparently he was still blethering half-an-hour after I went away for my train. Sometimes less is more: somebody needs to tell him!

Yip, a bit too long, and most of it was just common sense. I missed alot of it but apparently it was quite funny when he'd got a letter of support from Hilary Clinton!

In that case, I take it you didnae get my message! Doesnae matter; everything's cool. Will probably see you at the Capitol on the 25th if you're going, as I'm back to playing bass with Sad Society.

Ok, that's great you're back to playing... I think Dawn and I are supposed to be going up to the gig but I'm undecided now as I'm working early next morning. Will see how I feel on the day, it's a bummer that the trains are crap on a Sunday!

Aye, transport's a bummer, especially trains to your bit! I suppose the only thing to do is to drive or get a lift, and not drink. I only had two bottles of Beck's at our last gig, and I'll be trying to keep it to the bare minimum at the Capitol too. We'll be on first as we need to get the last train back to Edinburgh; otherwise we're stuck for transport too.
