Leaving on a jet plane
Tomorrow I'm flying out to Colorado to see family and celebrate my grandmother's 70th birthday (it's funny, cause she has orange hair). I'm really looking forward to it because since all of my extended family lives so far away, I don't get to see them very often (I think the last time was 3 or 4 years ago). Also, I got all my new computer stuff for next year. 1.5 GHz 15" powerbook and other new toys, such as an ipod, which was a mind-boggling $79 after rebates.
I'm feeling slightly bad because lots of my friends leave for college like a week after I get back and I shan't see them till next year (or breaks or whatever). On the other hand, other people (okay fine, 2 people) get back right around then as well, so I guess it kinda balances out.
Well, I wish all of you a fine week in Seattle and I hope this rain goes away (although it was kind of refreshing).
