baby i was wrong
hangingout at home once again, on a rather sunny but chilly monday afternoon...
i got a job! i'm working at Lowe's in OP. hope that it's not gonna be too big of a mistake. my parents want me to get into the 401K plan already for retirement and all that jazz. that's so far away, tho... but hell, might as well start early and retire early like my dad did. i don't wanna be workin' at 60, i can tell you that much (tho it is 40 years away)
been spending liberal amounts of time with padwon and her mum. it's so much fun - they are seriously some of the best people that i know. we just hangout and do loads of nothing at their house 'cause none of us have really got money nowadays. my brother jon keeps wanting to go downtown to rock, but unfortunately the money situation on my end is a bit desperate, so that wasn't gonna be happening, yeh know what i mean? so, yeah... that's just the way it goes. Lowe's works on a bi-weekly paycheck, which means since i started saturday (orientation), i'm not gonna get paid until the 19th. goddammit, y'know? 1st paycheck comes in and it's time for everybody to leave me again.
that reminds me, i was just on Facebook and had loads of bday messages, which was nice *grin* tho it was a month ago! i'm still under SLU... too bad i'm at UB now, but it's too much of a bother to change schools...
*yawn* really bored. i gotta work at 7am tomorrow morning, which means my nightly activities have been cut down to nil, 'cause if i don't sleep, i'm grumpy. well, there's nothing a few cups of coffee won't cure...
