Home Sweet Wisconsin

Now that the kitchen is done and all the boxes have been put away, allow me to present la Maison des Miller dans le Wisconsin!

Edit: In case one hasn't read previous posts, we didn't buy the place, we're only renting.

1513 Badger Avenue

Here's our home. Two stories with a basement and an attic that we can't seem to get to. The patches of odd color on the lawn are where we've applied lawn treatment to get some bald patches to grow back in.

Living Room

The scene as one walks into the house. There's a fireplace behind the love seat. We may use it in the winter, but it's of no use now.

Dining Room

View into the dining room from the living room. The rabbits' cage is in the corner there on the left.

Kitchen 1

Stove and fridge with the spice rack next to a door which containts an old ironing board. One of the pot holders is hanging from the door to the laundry chute. I love laundry chutes! It extends upstairs to the hallway right across from the bathroom.

Kitchen 2

The cabinets are new and were just recently finished. When we moved in there was nothing there at all.

Basement

A nice large basement which provides ample storage space. The laundry basket in the middle of the view catches the chute deliveries.

Bathtub

Of all the places to have a window, we have one in the bathtub. The tub originally didn't have a shower, so I suppose a window is nice for sitting in the tub; not so nice for standing up taking a shower. Now we have a blue sky every morning.

Sink

Yep, the sink and toilet.

Towel rack door.

No towel rack on the wall, so we had to hang one here.

Master Bedroom

The largest room upstairs serves as the sleeping chamber for the lord and lady of the manor.

Master Bedroom reverse view

Flip side.

Guest Room

This lovely room can be yours with an inflatable air mattress if you want to visit.

Office Hers

Jessica at her desk in the office.

Office His

My still-messy desk area.

Back Yard

The previous tenant didn't bother with the lawn, so it started to go bald.
