runnin in circles
wow yesterday i got my asswhipped in the mile run. i mean theres 6 twigs and then me. its all cool though. but i dont understand how runners do it, i mean we warmed up with a xcountry run! WTF! then ran the mile, then warmed down with the same run! anyway i still dont remeber that convo lauren and i had awhile ago. got swimmin today. not much else is goin on. o yeah DOOM 3 GOT A 10 out of 10!
