I was getting so excited to eat yummy food while looking at the magnificent view. Well, i hope we would plan to go again, and this time, book like, a month ahead!!
I went to research and found out that fullerton's gourmet buffet dinner quite interesting. It allows you to select different buffet combinations, depending on what you want to eat. It's quite clever too, cause this way, they earn more if people decides to be greedy, they have to pay more just to eat more. Its not the usual one price of all kind of thing.
For a magnificent feast, select a main course from the menu with the accompaniment of a tempting array of appetisers and desserts served in buffet-style. This lavish affair will not set the guests back much as diners will only pay the price of the main course ordered which starts from S$28.
Other buffet options include the Gourmet Appetiser Buffet which features an array of tantalizing gourmet starters from Asia, Italy, Japan and Pacific Rim. Diners will enjoy unlimited helpings to appetisers like salad, sushi, antipasti and fresh seafood prepared in innovative ways at S$20 per person.
Seafood lovers can choose to indulge in an infernous Seafood Tower affair where a delectable selection of fresh Spiny lobsters, sashimi, oysters, mussels, clams, crab claws and tiger prawns with cocktail sauce and mignonette are lain on a two-tier stand. This seafood feast is priced at S$28 person or S$48 for two persons.

Well for me, i think i would definitely choose seafood tower and dessert buffet. I love both of them too much to sacrifice either! anyway $65 for 2 i think is quite reasonable. Providing that the food is of good quality. The ambience should be really good too,from what i have read.
I really feel like eating there! All the researching has gotten me so hungry. I wonder where would we end up for dinner eventually? I Was thinking of either fullerton, or kuishinbo. But its not just me, cause mitch's friends are coming along too. So i hope they will decide on something that i really like! Something that includes salmon sashimi, i hope!
Oh and xinhuan is going for a short trip. It sounds really fun. I hope she would enjoy herself there, considering she would not be seeing lzl for another week. ):
