It's been a tough week, my Mom's 84th Birthday was Monday June 24th. She's been in heaven for 3 years in July. I miss her everyday!!

I miss her Birthday cards!

I miss our long phone calls!

I miss her smile and her laugh!

I miss her wisdom and advice!

I just really miss her!!

My son is having back surgery on Friday as well. 😕🙏

Saturday I'm getting together with the girls for a crafty day. My daughter and I are going to make wreaths for the 4th of July. My sister and her daughters are doing their own thing I guess.😶

We are back from Kansas!!

We left at 5:15am Friday morning and checked into our hotel at 3:30pm! We stopped in Bethany, MO for lunch at Toot Toot Family Restaurant. They had a buffet! We ate good, the deep fried fish was really good!!

The weekend was good. Saturday we got laundry done, found the luggage and the bag to pack for the trip. My Aunt M and Uncle J gave a set of Gloria Vanderbilt luggage. the suitcase, 2 bags and the wardrobe/dress covered hanger thingy.

So my daughter will be 40 in July. I've been working with my SIL and my sister. We've got a Facebook page made, I think we should add their address, not everyone invited has been to their house. She wants a party with all the kids, LOL! She can't have kids herself, but she does have God children and some nieces and nephews. So that should be fun ( Read more... )

Cataract surgery on the left eye is done! Feeling pretty good so far. My left eye is scratchy feeling which is pretty normal.

Post op appointment tomorrow at 1:15 pm.

We went up to the cabin yesterday, came back today! It was so nice yesterday up there. My grandson Tobias loves it up there, we had fun!
