4. Soft Cell (or Marylin Manson? bah) - Tainted Love
18. Babylon Zoo - Spaceman

i *heart* you for knowing Babylon Zoo. and it was the marilyn version playing at the time, when it comes to 'tainted love', but i do have both on rotation, if that makes you feel any better?

huzzah, I get *heart*ed again. I feel so special.

I actually have the single of said BZoo song on cassette lying around... somewhere. or did once upon a time, at any rate. and... yes. knowing such makes me feel six times better. thank you.

just spotted another one, btw. not sure why I didn't see it before, but #2. is 'Hallelujah', non? and as for the artist... I'll take a stab at it being the Rufus Wainwright version. don't see you as a Leonard Cohen fan, although... hell, I dunno.

aahhh omgwtfbbq!!!! i was just talking with my ole roomie Brad, and said to him, "i bet no one gets #2"... he's a Cohen fan, he didn't get it. and it is the Cohen version ;) i hadn't really listened to him in years, but then i heard a song of his on a tv show or something and remembered how much i used to like him when i was younger and... yep.

*snicker* six times better? how surprising, but good.

let it just be a general statement that you're *heart*ed in general.... how's that?

how's that? can I say 'confusing'? ;)

aaanyway...

*Foley couch-dance*

I need to get two more now, then there shall be balance with the Force. not that I can really see that happening, though...

that is an interesting piece of trivia, incidentally. the mere fact that you liked him "when you were younger" is pretty damn cool as is. was Brad 'Star Wars Lego dude'? and he's a Cohen fan too? fair play, mate.

hahaha *heart*ed confusion! wheee!

*marks for the Foley couch dance*

then...

HEY! now YOU'RE ripping MY gimmick!

...yep, that is indeed Brad... and yep, i listened to Cohen a lot when i was... hmmm... i dunno... 14? my mom really liked him, so he ended up growing on me. i had what one may call 'strange' music taste even at a young age. Pink Floyd, the Doors, such things, before age of 10.
