If I hadn't felt guilty enough about fighting with Mariah cause of the fight it caused between Cody and I, us having to cancel our shopping trip that I was so excited for would have done it. But luckily, once we made up from our argument, he agreed to postpone it for a later date when my injuries were feeling better and we both had time. I only had a table read for Sonny today so once we finished that, it was still quite early. I went home to rest until Cody got out of work. I laid down in bed with Bella most of the afternoon until Cody texted me saying that he was on the way. I hopped out of bed and rushed to get dressed, throwing on a pair of black jeans and a plain, white v-neck shirt. He sent me another text saying that he was outside and I couldn't help but shake my head as I gathered my stuff. I knew the reason he didn't knock on the door was because of Eddy. So now my dad and my best friend don't get along with my boyfriend. I hope there comes a day when we can all get along, that'd make my life complete. I blew a kiss to Bells before running down the stairs and heading outside. Cody had opened the door for me from inside the car so I just got in and closed it behind me, turning around to kiss him. "Mmm," I moaned out loud as we pulled away. I reached for my seat belt and buckled it in, before assuring Cody that I was born ready and bursting into a laughter. I looked over to make sure he had his seat belt and when I saw he did, I leaned back in my seat comfortably. "We should go to the shops at the Grove. They have pretty much every store we could ever possibly need something from," I informed Cody as he backed out of my driveway. "Plus, it's close to here," Cody agreed that it was a good idea and he headed in the direction.

We got there in no time and Cody pulled into the closed in parking lot that had an attendant that charged as you drove in, but it was the only nearby parking. He put down the window and asked how much it is, but as he reached into his pocket to pull out his wallet, I grabbed a $10 bill from my purse and leaned over him, handing it to the attendant dude. I smiled innocently at Cody as I moved back into my seat and he flared at me, not happy that I had just paid. "Hey, you wasted your gas coming here so I get to pay for the parking. Now move forward," I nodded my head so he can see that the pole had raised, letting us into the parking lot. He accelerated into the building, finding a parking spot pretty close up. Cody quickly unbuckled his seat belt and got out of the car to come around to my side to open the door for me. I leaned down and pretended I was picking up my purse so that he could have time to open the door for me since I knew he was really intent on doing it. I smiled as he held his hand out to help me up. "Thank ya," Once I stood up I intertwined our fingers and we walked towards the stores.
