who teach in universities don't give two hoots about the welfare of students, honestly.
Well of course there are exceptions to this - my 101 tutor is now is one of the most thoughtful teachers around.
But the majority...seriously.
I send an email asking a question and I get a one-liner answer that doesnt help me AT ALL. Thanks a lot, I'm just as lost as ever about how to do your essay and your terribly messy lecture notes don't help.
And today I turned up at school at 7.30 because we brought forward a lesson and the tutor FORGOT, effectively creating a host of other problems for me to deal with next week when i have like 3 assignments to turn in. And if that wasn't enough, she proceeded to insult me.
Grr.
Since i'm on this topic, students dont care too much about each other's welfare either. It's every man for himself and dog eat dog. There's no more "we're all in this together".
Such is life these days.
