Although I haven't had a ridiculous number of good days in a row like a certain person, I've been having a string of good days lately...and it all started with Tony. I know! Talk about a turn of events here, but sometime last week (I think last Thursday) while I'm at work, Tony comes in and hands me a gift card for $50! I'm shocked because someone who I thought hated me actually tracked me down, came all the way to Duquesne, and gave me a gift card. Maybe he's not so bad.
The second good thing that happened was that I got the flu. Not that the flu itself was a fun experience, but everyone was really nice to me. Like Janice took care of the whole line pretty much herself while I was in the back throwing up. The good times didn't stop there either, I was finally allowed to go home after about 2 hours of working like that and I pretty much collapsed on the couch. Jess turned out to be the biggest sweet heart ever. She took her one day off and went to the drug store to buy me medice, gatoraide, soup and a sandwich from quiznos, 2 push pops, and candy. She paid for it all too and won't let me pay her back. Sean also came and visited me to keep me company and get me drinks. Alan got me medicine sometimes and my gatoraide. Amie, my brother's girlfriend, even wrote me a message saying that she hoped I felt better.
Another good thing happened today when my mom and my sister Danielle came to visit me. My mom brought me all this stuff for my sickness. I had to work today and I was still kinda sick. I tried to get off early. Julie, this nice girl I work with, wanted to go home early too but she knew that I had been sick (even though I wasn't that bad today) so she offered to stay later so that I could go home early. She's a sweet girl.
Pretty much right after I got out of work, my mom and Danielle came and brought all these juices, sodas, and little snacks. Then we went to Pittsburgh Mills together and my mom brought me a new hoodie, purse, and belt. She also changed my sheets. Danielle is fun to hang out with. I miss her. She got really really skinny. I mean, she was thin before, but now she's extremely skinny. I helped her pick out a shirt for her sadies dance, it says "Drink apple juice, because O.J. will kill you." It had a picture of a white bronco on it. I thought it was funny.
Danielle also got a tracfone like her older sister. I texted her, and she yelled at me for wasting her units. Hahaha..she is so like me.
Everyone has been so nice lately, it puts me in a really good mood. :)
