Later would be the first day of my On-The-Job Training in Verizon. Am I really a call center agent? Hahahaha.
I'm having mixed emotions: I'm excited, nervous, confident and confused.
Well, the last one really doesn't concern the training. It's a totally different matter. Heart matter? Hahaha. Yeah! I'm in big trouble!
Why is it so complicated?! Oh God!
