japanese hydrangea for soothing and oil control

scent is not v strong but i was surprised that it felt rather cooling on my face. after 15min, skin didnt look particularly clearer or fairer. i headed out for dinner after masking though and when i came back, was expecting a flushed red face from the hot bbq dinner but skin looked v clear and fair! must be due to the mask. quite pleased with it

french lily for whitening and soothing

this has a stronger floral scent. i didnt notice any particular brightness or whitening after using this mask, must monitor more..

phalaenopsis mask for whitening and evening skin tone

this seems to have better whitening effects than the french lily. i only left it on for 20min but skin did look visibly fairer.

sunflower for moisturising

this is one of my favs from the range! scent is not strong (how does sunflower smell like anyway?) but i would say pretty good in moisturising. skin was acting up over NY's weekend, masking with my trusty MBD moisturising mask did not help soothue or get rid of the bumpyness but 20min of this and skin was all plumped up. all bumpyness and roughness was gone by the next day. quite pleased with this.

vienna black tulip for firming and soothing

this was one of the first few i tried. i believe it was supposed to be for regeneration of skin too? i didnt notice any drastic effects so am rather disappointed with this.

oh wow, i just realised i tried all the masks from this range, LOL. will come out with more detailed reviews as i continue using them up but so far, my favs will probably be sunflower and phalaenopsis, for moisturising and whitening respectively.

they can be found at guardian for $8.90 per box of 5. had a promo in dec whereby it was about $15.90 for 2 boxes.
