This area really needs to be introduced to the wonderful concept of central air conditioning. I am so freakin' hot and this house has windows everywhere so the sunlight just rains on us. I guess its just one of those things where I will never be content. I hated the way everything looked in Washington when it was wintertime and I complained that it would never get warm. Now I'm sweating my ovaries off and I just want it to be cold again. But I love the sunlight. Gah! Why can't it be autumn all year round. Autumn is a beautiful season. At least I'm hoping its beautiful in this state.
The house is finally coming together. We still need to buy living room furniture and I don't like used couches and I'm not going in debt for couches. So I guess I will wait until bonus month in October. Its not so bad. When we first got married our furniture was an air matress and bean bags. Oh the poor days of new marriages. I enjoyed those days though. Where we found excitement in getting a blender or a toaster. When I was a little more appreciative of every little thing I got. Sometimes I get caught up but I get my reminders. I'm just happy not to be living in apartments anymore.
