Rio Grande -done as a request
This was requested over on MTS so I thought I would upload it here as well. Due to not being 100% happy with the roof it will only be on my box. This was given some quick decoration and garden.
I think a basin will need to be dropped into the kids bathroom and it looks like I also didn't replace the parents en suit bathroom door. I was hurrying to get it done before heading to bed. You may want to change around the internal stairs or banister for some cc ones.
4 bedroom house on a 3 by 4 block for about $100,000 (will check those) No cc.
