Island Time Fun Zone
This is a lot I just built for the MTS Time theme this month, but I thought it was also just in time to post as a Christmas present here as well. :)
This is a 3 by 4 community lot with RC racers, mini golf, play ground, arcade and chess.
Designed with all facilities except for coffee, but you could easily change the bar to an espresso bar if you wanted. Also comes with items for toddlers for those who use the 'toddler rider' hack.
